#1) PASSENGERS MUST ARRIVE ON TIME
We will not wait for late passengers. No refunds or rescheduling flights if you arrive late.
#2) PLEASE BRING A PHOTO ID ALONG WITH YOUR TICKETS

You must give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your flight.
# 4) PASSENGER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Weight 220lbs or less; Children 7 years or older; Passengers must be able to climb into and out of basket unassisted
#5) SCHEDUAL NOTICE
We reserve the right to cancel flights due to lack of passenger demand or poor weather conditions.
#6) CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS
We require all passengers to check in with us prior to each flight for a pre-flight weather briefing. Morning flights call the night before. Afternoon flights call 3 hours prior to your departure time. Call us at 704-614-2118. The pilot will discuss with you the days weather conditions. If the conditions are suitable for ballooning you will be instructed to meet us at your scheduled departure time. If conditions are not suitable we will reschedule the flight at your convenience.
#7) WEATHER REQUIREMENTS
a. Surface winds - 5 mph or less
b. Visibility – 3 miles or more
c. Ceiling – 1000 ft or higher
d. Temperature – 85 degrees or less
e. Thunderstorms – none within 75 miles
